To prevent mechanical failure and ensure your scanner is running at peak performance, the ScanAid kit comes with all the necessary cleaning supplies and maintenance parts to protect your investment and minimize downtime. In the event of necessary servicing, ScanAid ensures consumable parts are already on-site, ready for use anytime you need them. Because most service events are preventive, you can trade in unnecessary service calls for immediate response time. Some Warranties (Plus warranties, as they are called) INCLUDE the Kit and a repair technician that schedules a Periodic Maintenance (PM) visit to install the kit and perform general Maintenance. If you have a Plus type warranty don't buy the kit, it's already included!
